neatCal has several predefined projects called Smart Lists. These lists joins your all projects and provides better visualization.

• Smart Lists can be viewed in List and Kanban mode.

This view shows the tasks that have a due date between next 7 days.

All Tasks

This view shows your all tasks grouped by project.

By Date

This view shows tasks by due date between specified date range.

Assigned to Me

This view shows tasks assigned to you.

Assigned by Me

This view shows tasks assigned by you to other users.

Following

This view shows tasks that you follow.

Contacts

This view shows tasks by your contact.

• Only task attached contacts will be shown. You can add tasks to your contacts at the end of the list and in Contacts app.
