Dr. Tugrul Kararli, is the founder and president of PharmaCircle, a knowledge management organization serving small and large life science companies and organizations around the globe since 2003. Before PharmaCircle he held numerous positions at Searle/Pharmacia for nearly two decades.
Dr. Tugrul Kararli brings a wealth of business knowledge and experience to neatCal.
İlter Tolga Doğan
Interim CEO
Ilter Tolga received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from METU in 2002.
Selda Candan
COO
Selda is responsible for administrative and operational functions of neatCal. She has also a role as Vice President,
Data Analytics in PharmaCircle since 2007. Selda received her B.S. And M.S. in Chemistry at Middle East
Technical University (METU) in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Prior to joining PharmaCircle,
Selda worked as a research assistant at METU.
Ansel Canberk Kararlı
CMO
In 2014, Ansel graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelors of science in accountancy.
Following graduation, he then spent the majority of his time working with PharmaCircle.
