Google Calendar
Synchronizing your neatCal calendar with Google Calendar allows you to consolidate your appointments and meetings on a single platform. With this feature, you can track your activities on both neatCal and Google Calendar simultaneously, prevent scheduling conflicts, and easily manage your workload. Setting up neatCal and Google Calendar synchronization offers significant time and organizational benefits, making your appointments more efficient and bringing all your events together.
To synchronize your neatCal calendar with Google Calendar, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the menu on the left side of your Admin page and click on the ‘Integrations’ option.
Step 2: On the screen that opens, click the ‘Integrate’ button next to the Google Calendar option listed at the top.
Step 3: A new tab will open to connect your Google Calendar. Here, you can select an account or create a new one.
Step 4: You will need to grant access to connect your neatCal calendar to Google Calendar. Click the ‘Continue’ button on the ‘neatCal is requesting additional access to your Google Account’ window.
Step 5: Select the Google account you want to use with your neatCal calendar and choose the synchronization direction. You can select one-way synchronization: neatCal → Google or Google → neatCal. Alternatively, you can select the 2-way option for bidirectional synchronization. After selecting your calendars, click the ‘Sync’ button.
Step 6: To add a new Google Calendar, click the ‘Add Calendar’ button and follow the directions in Step 5 to synchronize your calendars.
Step 7: To disconnect your calendars from neatCal, click the ‘Disconnect’ button.
