Customer notes, files, appointments and payments
Add specific notes or files about your customers to provide better service in the future. You can easily see appointments of your customers and payment information. If you want to manage customer notes, files, appointments and payments, follow these steps:
Go to the side navigation and click on Contacts.
Select Appointments. Here you will see all of the appointments of the chosen customer.
Click on New Appointment to add an appointment directly.
Select Files. You can easily see and add files about your customers.
Click on Upload to add new files.
Select Notes to add specific notes about your customers that might be helpful to provide better service.
Click on Add Note. Write down your note and click on Save.
Select Payments. Here you can see payments of your customer. You can also add new payments.
Click on Create Invoice. Fill out the invoice and click on Save.
