Buffer Time Between Appointments

Buffers are extra time intervals added before and/or after an event. For example, if you need extra time to prepare before a meeting or clean up after a presentation, you can take advantage of this feature.

For instance, if you have a 30-minute service and you need an extra 10 minutes afterward, you can add a buffer time of 10 minutes. In your calendar, the appointment will cover a 40-minute time slot. However, your clients won’t see this extra time. This feature allows you to manage the extra time in the background while offering clients a 30-minute service instead of a 40-minute one.

To add buffer time, follow these steps:

Step 1: After logging in to your admin panel, click on the ‘Booking’ option from the menu on the left side.

Step 2: Select the ‘Services’ tab located at the top of the opened window.

Step 3: You can add buffer time to an existing service or specify buffer time when creating a new service. To add buffer time to an existing service, click on the ‘Edit’ button of the relevant service.

Step 4: In the service editing window, go to the ‘Availability’ section and select the ‘Buffer Time’ option. Specify how much time you need before or after your service. Then, click the ‘Save’ button to complete the process.
